GROWTH MINDSET
I am not a Growth "Rockstar", nor do I pretend to be. Nor do I have milestones of growing businesses 10 times in 3 months, far from it. I also don't have 10 years of experience focused on growth ... ** what I do have is the growth mindset **.
After several years in different areas of marketing, I understood that true exponential and sustained growth is not only achieved with paid media. It is achieved with a lot of attention to detail, with many tests and especially with many previous failures to get to what really works. There is no intuitive space to make decisions, there is the instinct to generate different hypotheses but they must be tested and validated, always with data. I am very curious and I have the ability to constantly generate ideas to test them. All these ideas are tested using Google Tag Manager, AB Tasty or VWO, managed as a project using Jira, Asana or Trello, analyzed with GA4, Amplitude, Metabase, Power Bi, Excel or Loker and documented in Google Sheets, Notion, Airtable or any knowledge base. I want to be where the business needs me, from acquisition to referral, testing where impact on business can be detected, with a lot of motivation, agile methodology and focused on tangible results.
I adopted this mindset after much reflection, self-motivation and above all self-learning supported later with studies. I want to help businesses to growth with analysis and creativity.
DATA DRIVEN
I am neither a data analyst nor a data scientist, nor do I pretend to be. I have no experience creating predictive models nor do I know all the Excel shortcuts ... ** what I do have is a good analytical skills **.
Not only do I believe it, but I am sure that it is only through deep analysis that you can get true insights and make the best possible decisions. Beyond people, data is the most important asset of all businesses, but you have to know how to extract, transform, load and manipulate it. I like the independence of having the ability to do it on my own, you are not always lucky enough to have a BI team.For this reason, I had to learn to use Excel (something that should be taught even from school), manage databases downloaded from a CRM to be able to analyze what works, what doesn't, understand why and how to correct or enhance depending on the case.I am even capable of running SQL queries in a relational database to analyze with no restriction in order to discover growth opportunities.
Good analysis takes time, but it is the only way. The data lead the way if they can be interpreted.More than liking data, I am seduced by the power they have. That power to understand where there are leaks in the customer journey and thus optimize conversion at each stage.
no code enthusiastic
I am not a developer nor do I pretend to be. I do not know much about programming languages nor do I have the full ability to code ... ** what I do have is curiosity enough to learn how to use various no code tools ** and thus not always depend on the development team.
I find it AMAZING to be able to CREATE without knowing absolutely nothing about coding or just a little bit. It is a very fast way to generate MVPs: forms, landings, apps, bots and even entire sites independently and self-taught. In fact, this landing that you are reading at the moment, I created without knowing how to write a line of code 😏 and it is optimized for desktop and mobile, not bad to be a quick solution, right?
I don't only use these tools to be more independent but to be a better teammate at the same time. I want to use several of these no-code tools on a daily basis with my team to manage projects and streamline cross communication across the company, such as ** Asana, Jira, Trello ** and ** Slack **.
As I am a drag and drop enthusiast, in addition to this landing developed with a no code tool, I also developed my own app with ** Glide **, in which I show my resume in another format, as well as with ** Landbot ** I developed a complete interaction bot for questions and answers simulating a job interview. WHO I AM
In my years of experience in Marketing and Product i have being lucky to be part of
multitasking roles in different markets, some roles more exciting than others of course. My
career started in creatives positions and suddenly turned out in the analytical way and
growth mindset.
At this moment i am living in Madrid and working at Fintonic in the Fintech industry. It is very
exciting to work in a high level product environment, i have learned in these years that all
actions can be measured and the statu quo can be challenged by running experiments, no
more intuiton because data shows me the right path. I am very curious and I want to test,
test everything, anytime, everywhere to optimize conversion rate and to build a memorable
experience for each customer. In my previous job i am able to run SQL queries in order to
analyze with no restrictions when it comes to find growth oportunities in every step of the
customer journey.
I have worked in teams of different sizes and backgrounds (both technical and non technical)
and feel very confortable. I want to be part of something that is changing the world, keep
learning and enjoy the ride.
